Create a personalized monthly wedding checklist
Assist with the design and décor of your Wedding
Accompany you to vendor meetings { Attendance of up to 4 in-person vendor-planner meetings}
Oversee all vendor commitments and make sure they are fulfilled to your standards
Provide constant communication with all of the vendors hired
Monthly 2 hour face to face meetings with bride and groom
Wording and ordering of your invitations, save the date cards and programs
Favor recommendations
Assist with locating your guest accommodations
Assist with organizing the rehearsal dinner
Be an independent third party who is a detached problem solver and not involved in family situations or emotional decisions

Create a comprehensive itineraries for vendors and wedding party
Orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
Assist with coordinating the wedding ceremony
Transport all items to reception (cake topper, knife/server, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.
Make sure your reception site has everything set up and accurate
Make sure guest are greeted and assist with seating directions
Make sure all events such as meals, first dance, toast, cake cutting occur according to schedule
A professional and knowledgeable assistant with the Coordinator on the day of your wedding
